Assistant Treasurer

Our client in the manufacturing / distribution industry is looking for an Assistant Treasurer to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Plan and direct strategic activities
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Manage foreign exchange and interest rate risk
  • Manage the share repurchase program
  • Help establish and maintain internal control
  • Prepare and present to Finance Risk Committee
  • Participate in special projects as needed

 

Requirements:

  • MBA preferred
  • CTP and/or CFA a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience
