Acquisitions Analyst

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an Acquisitions Analyst to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Produce and maintain financial models for proposed investments; manage sensitivity and scenario analyses
  • Prepare, review, analyze and underwrite due diligence materials
  • Assist in drafting deal discussion, investment committee and board of director presentations
  • Help maintain transaction pipeline reporting database
  • Assist in closing process
  • Prepare, review and learn to negotiate transaction documents

 

Requirements:

  • CFA or CFA Candidate a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Argus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
