Interim Payroll Specialist (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Specialist to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for verifying weekly timecards and weekly processing of payroll, billing and garnishments
  • Review and analyze production reports
  • Resolve payroll issues
  • Receive, open and deliver mail/documentation

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
