Senior Manager, Organizational Development

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Senior Manager, Organizational Development to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with workforce planning
  • Assist with integration of teams
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Manage vendor relationships and partnerships as needed

 

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or similar is preferred
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
