Financial Analyst

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Help prepare quarterly forecasting and annual budget valuations
  • Assist with the preparation of independent quarterly valuations for IFRS comparison
  • Prepare timely quarterly IFRS presentation material
  • Consolidate individual asset valuations into portfolio scenarios
  • Assist in analyzing and implementing leasing strategies
  • Analyze redevelopment and value-add opportunities
  • Help with completion of final Business Plan deliverables
  • Maintain interim and year-end supporting schedules

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of Argus Enterprise preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
