Interim Accounts Payable Coordinator (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team in the San Fernando Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for auditing supporting documentation, responding to inquiries, closing of funds and scanning new vendor documentation
  • Manage invoices, petty cash funds
  • Perform data entry
  • Responsible for benchmarking reports
  • Perform past due balance research
  • Provide training/invoice processing
  • Oversee checks, check stock used and license contracts
  • Responsible for sorting/distributing mail and checks
  • Assist with the file maintenance

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
