Trade Operations Associate

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Trade Operations Associate to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Manage daily valuation of securities, trade processing and settlement
  • Manage collateral management and accounting
  • Perform financial reporting
  • Manage the mortgage-backed securities allocation process
  • Research, source and analyze data and information
  • Gather and verify systems and source information

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the financial services or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Aladdin system experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
