Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in the San Bernardino County

 

Job Description:

  • Manage, sort and deliver electronic and hard copy invoices
  • Manage, sort and collect checks
  • Assist with researching invoices
  • Help verify receipts, invoices payments, finding missing P.O. information and validating P.O. deductions/discrepancies
  • Assist with EFT testing
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Responsible for sending and receiving express packages
  • Maintain postage machine, supply orders and interfacing with service provider

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
