Interim Payroll Administrator (Project)

Our client in the transportation industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Administrator to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Responsible for generating payroll reports
  • Responsible for setting up garnishments & direct deposit
  • Assist employees with payroll
  • Review payroll report for anomalies
  • Maintain payroll records

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
