Tax Senior

Our client in the public accounting – CPA firm industry is looking for a Tax Senior to join their team in the Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare and review tax returns
  • Prepare quarterly/year-end projections
  • Perform tax research with written conclusions
  • Help mentor associates
  • Serve as a client liaison
  • Prepare trial balance and year-end adjusting entries

 

Requirements:

  • CPA license
  • Public accounting experience
  • Experience in the nonprofit or related industries a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
