Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Interim Bookkeeper to join their team in the San Fernando Valley
Job Description:
- Prepare and post all journal entries
- Help close out financial period
- Prepare and send out monthly Sales Tax report
- Prepare monthly reconciliations
- Print and mail monthly customer statements
- Assist with physical inventory and records necessary stock adjustments
- Schedule service appointments
Requirements:
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented
- A team player
- Strong work ethic
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
