Interim Corporate Operations Manager (Project)

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an Interim Corporate Operations Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County


Job Description:

  • Prepare the monthly consolidation files
  • Oversee general accounting duties
  • Help monitor bank activity
  • Prepare monthly budget reports and forecasts, other reports
  • Help review and consort on ticketing fraud and abuse of credit card purchases
  • Prepare show settlement reporting
  • Oversee and ensure processing of large scale union and non-union payroll
  • Manage and reconcile of daily and monthly cash receipts for ticketing sales, concessions, and merchandise
  • Prepare various weekly and monthly management reporting
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly projections


  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong work ethic


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 2years’ relevant experience
