Interim Accounting Assistant (Project)

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Interim Accounting Assistant to join their team in San Diego County

 

Job Description:

  • Process customer payments
  • Help record checks, wires and credit card transactions
  • Help review AR aging
  • Help notify customers with past due accounts
  • Help resolve payment issues
  • Assist with entering credit memos
  • Assist with accounts payable

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Sage 100 or ERP systems experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
