Interim Payroll Specialist (Project)

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Specialist to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll
  • Help maintain payroll operations
  • Help maintain timekeeping database
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Provide customer service to management and employees
  • Process high volume of employee paperwork
  • Help maintain employee files

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ADP systems skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
