Interim Construction Coordinator (Project)

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Interim Construction Coordinator to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Maintain project records
  • Provide access to project accounts and transferring expenses
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Create and submit government reports, 1099 and tax returns
  • Help compile information for auditors
  • Help track insurance certificates

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
