Interim Facility Administrator (Project)

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an Interim Facility Administrator to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Provide investment, portfolio and organizational statistic reporting
  • Prepare external client reports
  • Prepare due diligence requests and consultant questionnaires
  • Prepare monthly statement and fund annual reports
  • Develop and maintain job aids and workflow tools
  • Help identify issues and recommend alternatives
  • Perform administrative responsibilities

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills, Tableau and SQL experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
