Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

• Help with managing the financial and cash flow modeling, and forecasting
• Assist with monthly bank borrowing base calculations
• Assist with management of treasury operations
• Assist members of the Finance department to forecast financial performance indicators,
• Manage development and maintenance of financial models to identify trends of driver; summarizes conclusions and implications of analysis
• Manage foreign exchange contracts and hedging programs
• Assist in the development and preparation of clear and concise presentation materials
• Assist with other departments to identify and implement process improvement initiatives

 

Requirements:

• CPA/CFA license
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Able to adapt to changing priorities
• Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
• Detail-oriented
• A team player
• Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
