Interim AP Clerk (Project)

Our client in the communication services industry is looking for an Interim AP Clerk to join their team in Orange County

Job Description:

  • Manage expense reports
  • Assist with payments for the corporate card program
  • Manage new hires
  • Assist with monthly employee recoupments with Payroll for deductions
  • Oversee expenses
  • Assist with weekly/monthly reporting
  • Help mail out employee expense live checks
  • Manage monthly AP meetings
  • Assist with AP projects

 

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of ERP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
