Interim Bookkeeper (Project)

Our client in the technology industry is looking for an Interim Bookkeeper to join their team in Walnut Creek


Job Description:

  • Collect and reconcile vendor invoices
  • Assist with invoice discrepancy resolution
  • Assist in all AP and AR functions
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Maintain and organize accurate reports and company files
  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
