Interim Corporate Service Operations Manager (Project)

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an Interim Corporate Service Operations Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County

Job Description:

  • Gather, document and analyze data to support the management
  • Develop budgets and forecasts for departmental cost centers and coordinate
  • Help track expenses posted to the general ledger
  • Assist the department and other teams to identify, gather, analyze and report on data to capture trends
  • Develop and oversee processes and procedures
  • Assist with metrics and reporting on office capacity and utilization
  • Develop professional presentations

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
