Interim Finance Clerk (Project)

Our client in the construction/engineering industry is looking for an Interim Finance Clerk to join their team in Orange County

Job Description:

  • Enter catalog products into ERP systems
  • Verify vendor pricing and product attributes
  • identify gaps in company and vendor information
  • Monitor product catalog entries
  • Review material data and contract pricing
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skill
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
