Interim Internal Audit Manager (Project)

Our client in the entertainment industry is looking for an Interim Internal Audit Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County

Job Description:

  • Assist in day to day operations process
  • Review order requests, requisitions, issuing purchase orders, and facilitating approval process
  • Reconcile discrepancies between Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Receipts
  • Assist in sourcing, selecting and recommending purchasing options
  • Help Manager, Procurement Specialists, Accounting, and FP&A to review spend in capital and expenses
  • Assist Accounts Payable with processing of Purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order Invoices
  • Help track orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
