When Harry Boxer founded Century Group in 1989, he never envisioned the reach the small, Southern California-based executive recruiting firm would have. His main mission: to create a collaborative, supportive environment where executive recruiters share the same goals and the same deals. Where teams join forces to celebrate individual wins — as well as those of our clients and candidates. The name of this philosophy? The Group Concept.
